 THE FAILURE OF DAPPZ SPORTS, LLC. TO EXERCISE OR ENFORCE ANY RIGHT OR PROVISION OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF SUCH RIGHT OR PROVISION AND ANY POLICIES OR OPERATING RULES DISPLAYED BY DAPPZ SPORTS, LLC. ON THIS SITE, OR IN RESPECT TO SERVICE, CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN DAPPZ SPORTS, LLC. AND THE USER, AND GOVERN HIS/HER USE OF THE SERVICE, SUPERSEDING ANY PRIOR OR CONTEMPORANEOUS AGREEMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS AND PROPOSALS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, BETWEEN DAPPZ SPORTS, LLC. AND THE USER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY PRIOR VERSIONS OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE). 

 ANY AMBIGUITIES IN THE INTERPRETATION OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AGAINST THE DRAFTING PARTY. THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND ANY SEPARATE AGREEMENTS WHEREBY DAPPZ SPORTS, LLC. PROVIDES, SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES.

Just as Dappz Sports, LLC. requests that its Terms of Service be adhered to by its users, it is the legal obligation of Dappz Sports, LLC. to abide by the Terms of Service set out by Go Daddy, Inc., which can be found at the following link: https://www.godaddy.com/legal/agreements. As long as Dappz Sports, LLC. remains under a contractual agreement with Go Daddy, Inc., Dappz Sports, LLC. makes no exceptions, whatsoever, under any circumstances to deviate away from continuing to carry out such obligations. SEVERABILITY

TERMINATION 

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either party. The user may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying Dappz Sports, LLC. that he/she no longer wishes to use the Services, or when he/she ceases using www.dappzsports.com and or any of its extensions (collectively). 

If at the sole discretion of Dappz Sports, LLC. that the user fails, or Dappz Sports, LLC. suspects that the user has failed to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, Dappz Sports, LLC. also, may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and the user will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny the user access to our Services (whether in whole, or in any part thereof), including but not limited to the use of www.dappzsports.com, and any and all extensions (collectively), directly and or indirectly, associated or affiliated with Dappz Sports, LLC.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all packages with USPS first class mail. Pachages are shipped daily from Los Angles, CA, with the exception of Sundays & holidays. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on location. Step 2: Communicate in the livestream with your breaker - tell them the package is being shipped with special requests and they will set it aside.
